Ham Curry (Super Yummy, Quick Too!)


1 Tbsp butter
¾ c. milk
¼ tsp curry powder
1/3 c. mayo
1 Tbsp minced onion
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
2 c. cubed cooked ham

In large skillet, combine everything except the ham. Heat and mix well. Add cubed ham; simmer until warm. Serve over rice.
